COMM LEAD MENTOR PROGRAM
I was brought on to the Comm Lead team to create a Mentor Program linking the alumni to the current students. I worked with alumni focus groups to manage first-run expectations for the 2020-21 academic year and used survey data from alumni and student participants to improve the program experience for the 2021-22 academic year. I passed off the responsibility with confidence that it will continue to run annually in the future.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The pandemic prompted challenges that needed creative approaches, so Comm Lead turned to engage students and alumni through the online server Discord. I was on the team for brainstorming and applying online engagement tactics to build community and establish interpersonal connections and investment. The strategic plan above was my individual contribution to Comm Lead's Discord engamagent.

METRICS FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS
This presentation was presented to the client FEEST, based in Seattle, for Comm Lead's Practicum in Creative Approaches to Community Events. My team was tasked with increasing FEEST's youth leader involvement in event planning and execution. My individual contribution included suggestions for measuring the success of implementing my team's suggestions as a whole.
NEWSLETTERS
In my 18 months with Comm Lead, I sent out well over 100 newsletters - both weekly and monthly. These newsletters were a compilation of upcoming events, community celebrations, job opportunities, and resources. To acquire the necessary information, I kept in consistent contact with my department team, company recruiters, and the program alumni.

LEAD ON ORGANIZATION EXTENSION
As one of the two head leadership consultants on Kappa Kappa Gamma's Seton Hall University extension project, I stepped into the role of project coordinator and on-site community builder. Leading up to the extension's recruitment, I created resource guides, team schedules, and care packages for the remainder of the 14 leadership consultants. I also spent months getting to know the Seton Hall community.

CAMPAIGN WORK
This presentation was completed after Seattle's Fight for $15 but gave me creative leeway to what angle I would have taken for the campaign. I suggested using the hobbies of minimum wage workers as campaign material to show the potential we are losing out on when workers do not have the time or resources to put into their passions outside of work. See the presentation for the full scope of the campaign ideas.
